I woke up this morning with a prayer in my heart for my daughter--she lost her job yesterday.
Those unexpected things happen throughout life, things that are out of our control. I love how God (perfectly) keeps our lives balanced with life-experiences---opportunities to (keep our hearts tender and) draw closer to Him.
Knowing God is in control gives a peace that sings, "It is well with my soul."

- I love God's Word; that is my life-source. Reading and learning more about Him refreshes my spirit. I am active in our church and Christan school. My husband coached many years, and I am presently serving on the School Board. My spiritual gift is the gift of helps, and that is a blessing to my soul. We have four adult children and three precious grandchildren. In the ups and downs of life, we are in constant awe of God's faithfulness.

Anne. She went into work only to find out she no longer had a job (last one hired, first one fired). She is taking that attitude..."all things work to good."
