This week is flying by! To think it is already October shows me how fast February will be here--my goal date for most of my weight loss.
I wanted to be "at goal" then; but looking at it realistically, it's not going to happen. I have to keep pulling myself back to the important (and staying away from what I think is urgent), and the important is: I'm off all my (nine!) medications.
God has given me a wonderful opportunity to get healthy; that's my focus.

You can be proud of the progress you've made, even if you don't meet your desired goal for weight loss. To have lost so much already is phenominal anyway! And to be off all those medications is SUPER.

Thanks for your support, Tish. I am a vegan, eating no animal produts (except goat cheese).
Totally vegan huh? No eggs, no milk, no cheeses but goat cheese? Well, it certainly seems to have done wonders for you!
For some reason goat's milk and human's milk digest the same, where cow's milk doesn't. I eat fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and Boca products occasionally. I really enjoy eating this way!
